Please help do this weekend homework....route 66 funding

I'm so upset with these people today more than ever, i sent my letter to the ag's office and the bank.
The bank told me route will not get to my account again but guess what they did!! B of a i useless at helping people with my problem, they claim great customer service but nothing is done to stop these pdl people from hit the accounts.

So i decided this weekend whoever has the same problem with route66, should email them as much as they can over this weekend, lets make it so annoying for them as they do it to everyonelse, lets jammed their email use this email address customerservice(at)route66funding.com :evil:
Someone has to be paying attention to thes emails or at least lets make hard for them to steal from other people...if any one agrees please post let me know over the weekend you emailed and lets see if maybe we catch someone's attention.

Drowning can you change banks or open a new account. I personally did not deal with this bunch. However I know that all of these companies will pull the paper check routine. They will get to you one way or another. KYSIDE38 So sorry that you are having this trouble!!!!!

yeah i have many times, they ( B of A) will not close my account until i pay 700 that i'm overdrawn and this is just in fees from payday loans, i was told they will continue to charge me until the account has a zero balance. even though i told them that i revoked authorization to this people...they do not care all they want is the 35.00 everytime

i'm not workig and the little money i get from my dissability right now is not enough for anything...if i wait unti i have the baby in Feb to start paying off the bank the account will be like 2000 how can they not help customers???

i get so stressed everytime i check my account and is even more money than the last time...

Drowning, Have you told your Attorney Generals office what is happening with your bank? My AG office helped me get mine closed. KYSIDE38

onelamb, i put a claim with the bank a few weeks ago and they allow route 66 in the account again, then last week route 6 called and said they were my bank so i contacted them (bank) and made a big deal about someone impersonating one of their reps, so they again assure me they will put a claim and even sent paperwork to me this week, however they hit my account this morning again...there has to be a something the bank does to help but they are not telling me.

should i tell the bank if they do not help i will contact the AG's office???

i totally ignore route 66 this week i'm sure that's why the hitmy acount again for $417.00 which means they are charging 358.00 for "past due fees" and they renew my account with the $59.00 what that heck are they thinking???!!!!

Definitely, this problem will not get solved until you bring your AG????????s attention. Either, they will call your bank and fix it or do something against Route 66 Funding who are doing everything illegal. Your state does not allow the charges that the pdl is showing. For this your bank shouldn????????t support their actions. Everything has to be with fair reasons.

Fingers crossed here too, drowning - let me know how this comes out. I haven't heard anything more from them since I received the infamous "we will start calling third parties and your references if you don't contact us in 2 days" e-mail I received a week ago. I have yet to receive a phone call, e-mail or anything else.

Drowning, I am keeping my fingers crossed also. This is dirty that bank needs to help. They could stop these transactions. Just more money in overdraft fees for them. KYSIDE38

I have Bank of America also. They have my account in the negative for over $1000 because of a pdl hitting my account when they weren't supposed to and the bank of told about it numerous of times. my neg acct is just from nsf charges not from anyone getting my money and they won't do anything until i pay it off.
