Unauthorized transations in my loan account

May account should have been pail-in-full with my last deduction of $100.00 on November 22, 2006. However two additional withdrawls have occured in the amount of $100.00. These transactions were NOT AUTHORIZED. The three transation of 9/27 for $75.00 and on 10/25 for $75.00 and the final payment on 11/22 for $100.00. That made my account paid in full. I did not authorize a withdrawl on 11/30 for $100.00 or did I authorize a withdrawl of $100.00 on 12/01. These last payments Im hoping were just overlooked in your department However I would appreciate it you would credit a total of $200.00 back into my account as you can clearly see the account had been paid in full and that this was just an oversight on your part.
