Anyone know anything about a collection agency named Encore Receivables? Their name and number is on my caller id, but they won't leave a message. I'm just wondering what kind of debts they collect or if one of my ipdls has turned my account over to them.

Read through the posts, it gives address, etc..... It looks like they may be collecting for a cc.

They will call and harass you all throughout the day. They will call up to 15 times a day. They are famous for calling and when you answer DEAD AIR! They are known for violating cease & desist letters and validation letters. They lie about their location. I can go all night about these people.

I notice that they are on my caller id when I get home from work, but they don't leave messages. Oh well, maybe they'll catch me one day.

No caller info

They are calling me with no caller available, they called 15 times on Sunday, is that not illegal. Then this week I started answering and finally someone was on phone, they said they were from this company, I told them to quit calling my number.
Is there anyone to report this to or how do you stop them?
