A company listed with the BBB means that they abide by all the terms mentioned in the bureau guidelines. That gives the company a better business identity.
A company having a bad business feedback will be reported unsatisfactory. Coleman law office doesn't have a negative feedback as I know. You may get info about them with your state AG office. Do a search with their name on the AG's website.
