YEs they are a joke the only address that I had for them was on the collection notice I got in the mail and guess what when I sent it cerfied I never got back the green card for this, So I would also be interest in this information or a fax number

Don't send them money before you have checked all your payments and the status of your account with CTC. You should be aware of your state laws in this matter. Block the company if they have access to your checking account. They will try debits in your account. Send your revocation letter through certified mail and return receipt requested.

Do not use the Malta address. It is for mailing purposes only.

The address in Winnipeg is just the call centre. The directors and supervisors don't answer in Winnipeg, only answer from the Surrey address.

Trust me, use the Surrey address if you want to work with these people.

I experienced the same issues with this company. When it was time to pay back my loan I was short on cash so had to do a reloan because they refuse to make payment arrangements. Unfortunately, my car died had to get another so asked if I can pay make $762 as scheduled sd yeah but then took over $2021 from me with all these fees and charges. A lady by the name of Nora kept calling me at work threatning to call my payroll department. Then Sasha and Stephanie called threatning me. I fell trap to this company and still is because every pay period they kept trying to debit my account. I wrote letters and everything still they insisted on trying to take money that just was not there.
