I would print out a copy of all the emails from Venture and include it with your complaint. I don't think the AG's uses email address for complaints. They are quite silly at Venture, the rep told me that the AG did not take out a loan, so why would he be calling.

to make sure you don't owe us funds. We are sure you owe a debt to this company
