I just got off the phone with a very nasty customer service person at CashNetUSA, he said they don't make payment arragements and I told him my other payday loans did and he said well they are different that they would only accept full payment or broken out in three payments which I can't afford. I live in Minnesota what are my options? So far three of the five payday loans have been very nice and accepting of my repayment plan. Do I send them money or get an attorney?

Try by sending your money first. If CashNetUSA cashes your check, it has to be posted to your account. They might change their behavior when they see your payment in hand. If they don't cash the check, your money remains safe.

Most companies tend to behave like this because they want the full payment. However, if there is no possibility, they will adjust to your situation.

I have a defaulted loan with them (only 70 dollars due and thats being taken care of today woohoo!) and they were very friendly with me, i have setup payment options with them. My experience is, if you don't get what you want the first time. Call again, and talk to someone else! lol. But i never had a bad experience with Cashnet USA. The only thing is they will not change due dates, if you have setup a payment option with them make sure its on a date you can pay, legally they can't reissue a new date beacuse its like reissuing a new loan.

I called and tried to set up a payment arrangement,of course they wanted something that was completely unrealistic. The first payment was due yesterday, I did not have it to send so they will be on my but hot and heavy next week, maybe they will be more realistic now.

CashNetUsa is licensed to lend in each of the state's it provides loans to and they taylor their services to each state based on what the pdl laws states they can charge. I would send in what you could as a good faith move on your part.

I can't seem to find them liscensed in Texas --- and their fees seem much higher than what I've read in the law on that payday loan info website...

Maybe I'm just reading it wrong but it seems like, while their interest rate isn't that bad, they're charging the wazoo out of people with their 'Credit Services Organization fee'

Course, I guess that's how they're getting around it. With their little "we found this loan for you so you better pay us every dime you've ever earned, along with your first-born" fee.

((I'm almost out of this hole. Forgive me for being bitter.))

As a person who just got rid of Cashnetusa, they are not wanting to settle with you at first. I ended up having to turn them over to Town and Country. Then after a few payments, I sent a letter to them requesting a settlement. They refused. Then a few days ago, I received a letter from them telling me that they were interested in settling for the amount I requested. I was pleased as peaches.

I am sorry that you came in contact with such an individual. Usually, the people at cashnetusa are very friendly even if they want their money. They are probably, in my opinion, the friendliest ones (especially when they are trying to place the knife in your back).

My advice is to keep trying and send them a payment. I guarantee you that they will take it.
