Is there a company out there that is willing to help someone with super bad credit pay off pay day loans? Faster and easier than paying them directly to a company that you got the pay day loans through? I have $800 in payday loan debt that I have used to help pay off medical bills and was wondering if there is anyone who would be willing to give me a loan so that I could consolidate them. Please let me know? I am really in over my head... I think I have found someone who is willing to help me with my medical bills now but I really need some help with the payday loans that I have open. They seem to eat all of the money away a lot quicker than the money should be going!!! I try to keep smiling but it is way too hard!

Please let me know,
Beani21

Hi beeani21 welcome to the boards, many will be glad to help you here. First off if you have not done so, you need to close your bank account they debit from, many times people have paid more than is owed. Next you need to make a list of each IPDL company you borrowed from,

Date borrowed/company name/amount and then list each date/ach debit

Please let us know if these are all Internet payday loans and what state you are from, many states have made them illegal.

You main focus should be getting your daily bills paid and getting your daily finances back on track. These loans are not at the top of the list, now don't get me wrong if you owe them still then you are obligated to pay them back but in my personal opinion they are not at the top of the list, you daily bills 9mortgage, car payment, insurance, electricity etc...are)

If you would like my assistance in getting this mess straightened out please send me a PM. Also I have template letters on my blog site for use with the payday loan industry and if you want you can send me a private email from my blog site also.

Please keep posting and remember you cannot go to jail over debt.

I was just reading Ashley's blog and was wondering how I can find out more information about companies willing to help you out of the 'payday loan trap' and the letters that she was descibing to the companies. Thanks!!

losingeverything ~ It's a tough situation to be in when you feel your hands are tied and you can't do anything to get on the right track...head over the Pay Day Loan forum. There is a lot of information there from people who were in the same boat as you! Post a question there...include the state you liv ing...which companies you have the loans with...indicate if they are internet or storefront companies & how much you've already paid on them.

I worked for a company for 22yrs,one day the owner walks in an says we need to take cuts of $17 an hour per man or we will loose our jobs.Needless to say we took the cuts and he got filthy rich. I had to file bankruptcy to save my home, plus I lost one automobile.
I need $20,000 to get me back on my feet is there anyone willing to help or some form of the government that would help me ?

Unfortunatly for you all man made money and money made man mad. Go out pinching this dont cost a thing. I watch people do it all the time and the times they just get a tap on rist is untrue i have a good criminal record so think could get away with lots after seein what real criminals get. This country is shit money money money this whats causes most people to commit suicide. like christmas should be band cos some people cant afford it and nothing more make you down were every shop you look in is xmas stuff tv is xmas stuff when you cant afford it makes you feel like walking in shop and smashin all the xmas stuff off the shelf after all cant smoke in public places cos some people dont smoke.same thing in a way its still affects the health.but this aloud cos its a way of gettin all the money back into the goverment pot look at reality every1 got money but 1 way or another it goin back to the same hands.Normally threw tax cos its n everything and even the things you buy from shops from factory to shop to you taxed three times no 1 owns a penny dont worry about your debts get a rented house that aint bein took off you everything else if bailiffs come let them take it. You can get it again anyway everything is mass produced and soon s you buy somet theres a new 1 anyway.

im really not up on the payday loan trap but what i have learned is mainly what above posts have mentioned to closing your accounts and making sure they are legal to practice in your state. but i wanted to mention that there is a member on this site named frogpatch that is very informative about pdls, and i believe he also has articles written up about how to deal with them. i will see if i can find you the link

ok i found his profile but the link goes to another site which is a violation of tos here and i dont want to get into trouble so go ahead and look him up it should help and good luck to you!:)
