All bills can be combined under one monthly payment and he will negotiate with your creditors for a lower interest rate. You will also save some money in late fees and other charges.
credit counseling is a must before filing bankruptcy. A means test will be conducted to find out if the person is eligible to qualify in bankruptcy. If the payments can be done through credit counseling, bankruptcy is not the option for those people. Take the advice of a debt counselor. He will assist in your budgeting and you will find an easier way of paying the debts.
