MTE Financial made an unauthorized debit
to my bank account and I don't have any dealings with them. I don't even know who they are or how they got my information. How can I find out what to do about this situation I am in? I have never filed an application with them.

You should be able to block them from doing further debits in your account. Ask the bank manager to dispute the charges with the pdl. It is supposed to come verified or else money needs to be credited back to your account.
