Cashnet500 threatening me again!

So I just recieved a phone call phone some guy at cashnet500 saying that he's with their "legal" dept. I told him that since they aren't licensed in my state, I've already filed complaints with the BBB and my AG's office, and that the banking authority is opening an investigation into them I wouldn't be paying them another cent.

So for a new threat he said "I will be calling your supervisor and telling him that since his name is on legal documents he can and will also be sued for you not upholding your obligation. I will tell him to expect a subpeona in a day or two."

Can you believe them!?! Like I'd believe that! A reference can't be held accountable for a freaking payday loan!

But on a good note, I just got off the phone with a very helpful guy at the licensing office. I'd talked to someone there before about them, but haven't heard anything back. He took down way more info and said he'd be calling them for me. So hopefully he can get somewhere with these people!

Do you recall what his name was?? I spoke with Mr. Kriger and he was very helpful. He actually took off $270.00 and let me pay back only the principal..I think this is the number where I called him 1-800-654-7444 ext.861...try him and see if he can help you.
