Question about court

I previously posted. A creditor filed a lawsuit against me. I went and filed an answer to the suit and a proof of service last Friday. Yesterday, I notice an error on the court website. It says that the creditor filed the proof of service when in fact I did. I went back to courthouse today and asked them to correct the error. I now notice on the court website that a "Notice of Undocumented Action" was filed. It doesn't say who filed it. What exactly is this? Does it have to do with the court's error that I had corrected?
Is there a lawyer out there who knows what notice of Undocumented Action means? I could go back to the courthouse and ask but just wanted to save myself a trip. Thanks a lot. I like coming here for help because everyone is so nice, friendly, and knowledgable.

I didn't find a definition on this legal term "Notice of Undocumented Action". I think you will have to go to the courthouse and know the meaning.

I have no idea. I'd check with the court clerks and see what is going on. In Minnesota, at least, you don't have to file proof of service with an answer, so that might have confused them if the law is the same.
When in doubt, call the court.
