I just got a call back from one company. She said that they didn't do a good job explaning this with me and that they will mark my account PIF of course I will not believe that untill I actually get the letter. These people make me laugh.

I hope so as well. If not I do have the name and ext. of the "supervisor" that I spoke to. So I hope that she sends it. If not they will hear from me everyday. I think that if I don't have it in an hour I will start calling back.

Yes, keep bugging. This is one moment you will never like to miss and make these jerks fed up. After all, this is what they do on most. Which is this company marking your account PIF, if you don't mind me asking this?

Be careful when paying on loans. Make sure what you're paying is going to the actual loan, and isn't some type of renewal fee. On the loan you paid $590, what was the reason it was so high? Did you get any NSFs, or keep renewing? You may still be responsible. What state do you live in?

The money that I paid they said was for renewals. I live in Indiana and rollovers are not allowed.

Make sure you get a PIF letter from them. I would keep bugging them until they send you one in the mail.

Oh surrrrrrrrrre that sounds really professional doesn't it? Just goes to show the intelligence levels of the clowns that are running these illegal operations. As long as the CONSUMERS keep educating themselves, they will ALWAYS win and WHY? Because when THEY know more than the IDIOTS running these so-called businesses they are in control.
