What are the NC Laws on PDL default

Does anyone know NC laws regarding PDLS that are in default? I need some advice on this ASAP.

Watch out...they are not gonna like it when you start to fight back. Believe me, I know first hand. I live in NC and had several PDL's. I have filed complaints with the AG's office on all of them. I have so far 3 PIF letters and am working on the other 2..What companies do you have them with, if you don't mind me asking..
