We've all made a mess of our finances here..Otherwise this board would not exist! But it does get better, and you will get out of it. Trust me on that, I'm proof positive. A year ago I thought there was no end.

Jessi, that's so sad that your gramma passed away Christmas Eve.
Jessi, that's so sad that your gramma passed away Christmas Eve. My dad passed away on my oldest son's birthday and was buried on my brother's birthday. You just never know. You're right, though. It can be happy and sad. I have a new grandson this year. He's a little over two months. His name is Jordan Matthew. I might be prejudiced, but he's just the cutest little thing (not so little, though). His mother took him to the doctor the other day, and he weighs 14 pounds, 12 ounces (he weighed 9 pounds, 2 ounces at birth). I told her I pity her having to carry him around in a couple months! And then of course, there are my granddaughters and my kids and my two other sisters, so it's going to be a nice Christmas.

Donna--I was actually 90% happy when she finally passed on...She
Donna--I was actually 90% happy when she finally passed on...She fought for a long time with Emphasema, and COPD..She couldn't walk for the last 6 months she was alive, and lost all of her dignity..She couldn't do anything for herself, not even feed herself. I miss her terrible, because I was closer to her than I have been with anyone else, but it killed me to see her that way..This was a women who raised all 7 of her kids on her own, plus when she was done with that, she raised ME...and that was no easy task. :) I'll admit, I was a pain in the neck. :)
Christmas just makes me miss her more. :) But I'm glad she's not hurting anymore.
