Well, about 2 years ago i joined the military. Well, when i come home from 5 months of training, I found out my ex-boyfriend had taken credit cards and max them out and never paid them off. So i paid them off with in two months. Again he did the same, and ever since I been trying to get my credit back on track, and have a well financial situation. I have recently been employed but its not enough to pay my bills off. I need some help. I want to consalidate my debt instead of filing for bankruptcy.

You should immediately call your credit card company and get your ex-boyfriend's name removed from the credit card. He is misusing your credit.

Consolidation is much better than filing for bankruptcy. You will be able to fix the payments according to your present financial situation and clear the debts.

I don't think it will be doing any good now but you should talk to your ex and make him pay his share. He should not have used your credit after the relationship is over. He is responsible to pay his share of expenses. You must mention the point thinking practically.
