You need to get your account marked closed by ICS. Recite the state laws if they are pushy and asking you to pay more. Since the loan is already paid, you must get the PIF letter now, otherwise they can sell some amount to a collection agency. If this happens, they will contact you for the same debt again. You should have every proof of this account is paid.
