I requested a refund from cashadvance.net and I received a call today telling me they would refund my $319.50 that I was overcharged in interest. Can anyone look at the attached documents and tell me if there is anyreason I shouldn't sign the doc? It appears that I will be releasing them once I receive the check.

Go big blue, I have signed several settlenment offers. They are just bogus pieces of paper here. They were not legal in the first place to do business here. Also even if you settle the Attorney Genaeral has not. Sign it and keep sending those complaints. KYSIDE38

Did you notice that there was a confidential clause in this before you posted it?

Gobig, your name and personal information is not on the document and you use a screename here so I wouldn't sweat it, if the moderator removes it that is fine but there is no personal information reveled and plus it is a pretty generic agreement, do you know how many of these are sent out on a daily basis
