I have too many payday loans

I have like 5 loans an i am now able to pay them i really messed up I want to pay them off but i can't pay them off at once what should i do


paydayselect, unitedpayday, webpayday and oneclickcash
What do suggest that I do to take care of this since I can't pay them all at once. I can pay them off one at a time but not all at once? do you have any suggestions?

I stay in Indiana, do you think that that I may be able too get out of all this debt....I really have good intention to pay but i can't afford it all at once! Can you go to jail for not paying them on time?

Here is the law for IN payday loans

Loan Terms:
Maximum Loan Amount: $500 (not to exceed 15% of borrower's monthly gross income)
Loan Term: Min: 14 days
Maximum Finance Rate and Fees: 15%: $0-$250; 13%: $251-$400; 10%: $401-$500
Finance Charge for 14-day $100 loan: $15
apr for 14-day $100 loan: 390%

Debt Limits:
Maximum Number of Outstanding Loans at One Time: One per lender; Two total
Rollovers Permitted: None (cannot renew, repay, refinance or consolidate)
Cooling-off Period: 7 days after 6 consecutive loans
Repayment Plan: After 6 consecutive loans, lender must impose a 7 day cooling off period or convert to an installment loan payable in more than 4 installments at a rate no greater than 36% APR

Collection Limits:
Collection Fees: One $20 NSF fee; additional charges may apply when check or authorization to debit was used to defraud another
Criminal Action: Prohibited

I have more than 3 pay day loans I just found out you cannot have but one. I am terrified since it is illegal can I go to jail for this.

No guest, they don't send people to jail for not being able to pay their debts. Please go to the payday loan section and post a new thread with the following info and we will do our best to help you.

-Names of each pdl company.
-Whether they are store front or Internet.
-How much you borrowed.
-How much you paid so far.
-The state in which you reside.
I'm sorry to tell you this, but there is only one sure way to stop the withdrawals, and that is to close your account. If that isn't an option, then tell the bank to put a hard debit block on your account.
