Who are they ?

Just started getting calls this month from 888-896-7262. Since I don't know what state it is from, I couldn't get any info on the free internet phone lookup sites. I filed on who's calling.us - I was the only one. It comes as an automated call which my phone automatically picks up. The message was very hard to decipher as the woman had a very heavy accent. She said the message was for ------- -------, the man who had my phone number before the man who had my phone number before the woman who had my phone number before me. It sounded to me like she said Compana or Campania.
I guess it is some collection agency. They have already called four times in one week. Anybody know their name and address ? Thanks.
