PDL Consolidation help

I keep seeing people mention T&C. can anyone help me with getting this number. i have 4 pdl out that I can not afford to pay interest on anymore. I notice on here everyone mentions send a letter or contacting the PDL places. Which should I do. They are:

Instantcashloantillpayday
Cash in a Wink
Aom internet Rebate cash
one is in store on Advance America

This is so embarassing of getting to thie point but I need to take control and get a piece of my life back. Someone please help me. i want to be a success story that I read on here. Thanks

Okay first you need to close your bank acct and get your finances back into your own power, next you need to make this list out
1) each IPDL you are dealing with
2) how much they lent you
3)each ach debit and date taken for each co

Plus tell us what state you are in, we will be glad to assist you in any way we can
