I am sorry that you are going through such a hard situation. Don't give so much room that a scammer sees your post and misuses your checking account for making easy money. For a moment, I feel that you are giving out everything you have and you don't want it to go to the wrong place.

The counselor will plan your repayments after negotiating with the creditors and there will be no defaults in your account. You will get all the benefits you need without taking a new loan.
