I have never dealt with Quick Cash, but if they are anything like the other internet pdls, they will most more than likely threaten you with arrest, keep trying to debit your account, and call your references. You can not be arrested for anything. The loan was illegal in the first place b/c I seriously doubt that Quick Cash is licensed in your state.

Is your ex-husband's name on the loan?
