What happened?

He is using loans as a way to rip people off saying that you can get a loan no matter what kind of credit you may have.Once he/they have you baited in then they tell you that in order for you to get the "loan" you have to pay a security payment up front.THEN they will tell you the third party lender will only pay if you send MORE money.Now that they have my $2625.98 the phone numbers are no longer in service.I have found that he i running different scams in other states in the U.S. and the money goes to Canada.

If I may ask, is there not a law against "up front" money loans?

I never heard a legitimate loan company charging upfront money before the loan is deposited. I am sure loans will have a fee; they will be deducted from the monthly payments set with the customer.

There are scams like this all over the US. People with bad credit fall into the prey because of their need for the loan. These companies steal even that money that is left with people by giving those hopes of the loan. You should immediately file a police complaint and report it to your state attorney general. The state regular should also be involved in this matter. Legal actions need to come up against these scammers. The sooner it happens, the better.

I have a police report and was told by the locals that there is noting they can do because these people are asking we send the money via Western Union to Canada.They do not handle international crime. I was told by the detective that he use to be in NY and had family that is in the Canadian law some how and he would look into this "matter" and I have heard nothing since Sept.I have no choice but to try and beat the web and see if I can get help with other (hate to use the word) victoms of this person/persons.

In a way, you learned something better before it went late. Never send money to anyone who guarantees you loan by putting money upfront.

I'm out $2625.98 from this learning experience and now I have no way to track these people down for legal actions.I was maybe needing someone to tell me that they too have been stung by these people and are on his heels to get him/them locked up.

You could try scambusters on the net... they have lots of help for people who got scammed out of money... there is a way to track them but I would ask for their help first... check them out...

This place probably can't help you a lot but it is a good place to put this company name in the "ripped me off list" so that others will be aware of there nasty ways of doing business
