Ok, so you all have seen my other post 1 month ago I had 13 IPDL. This morning I had 3 left. Today 2 have closed my account and marked me PIF. I have 1 left and it is the worst. It is with Route 66. Thanks to all of you. I couldn't have been able to do with without this site.

Hmm.. Route 66 Funding.. You don't need to be worried about them if you have paid the loan principal. They will throw their craps and intimidate you to pay more. Just be informed that they are not licensed in the US and carrying on their illegal business.

Is your checking account info with them?

yes it is. I have given all of my info to my AG. I refuse to close my account now. I have fought 12 of these I can fight them. If I have to call everyday 2 times a day I will. They will get sick of me eventually. That is what happened on my latest one. I am going to go to the bank and speak with them in person. Rather an over the phone and show them the papers from the AG's office. Maybe then they will be more inclined to help me.

It seems that rt66 won't mark anyone paid in full. If I'm wrong, please correct me. I'd love to hear that someone won over them.

But either way, if you stop them from getting into your checking account, they have no legal recourse to collect money from you. They cannot take you to court, as they are operating illegaly. They cannot garnish your wages, as you have not signed anything. All they can do is harass you into paying, which unfortunatly, they do with a vengence. They finally stopped bugging me after 2 months of repeated calls at work. They even call on another line while they are on hold! They will eventually just give up though. It's not as good as having your loan marked PIF, but it's better then nothing!

I have had no luck with getting them to mark me PIF, but they aren't calling and bugging me either. (Or at least I don't think they are - I'm getting mysterious messages on my phone that are nothing but static - could be them, who knows?) I've gotten two e-mails from them, but I have not responded, nor have I called them. I think they know they can't do anything to me - and they know that I know it too.

I knew you would do it. Everyone who comes to this site seems to be able to recover from the debt, especially when you post take heed and act. Most CA's watch this forum so they close accounts of those they know are here.

I had loans with One Click Cash, World Wide Cash, Pay Day Yes, Pay Day 2 Go, Cash Net 500, Pay Day Ok, Premier, Pay Day Select, Midland Marketing, USA, SJM Marketing, GECC, I still am fighting with Route 66. I sent them all the letter that I found on this site via fax and email. I sent the info the BBB and my AG. I put pressure on them and didn't back down. I only had a couple give me problems. The rest were not that bad.
