How should I say when I talk to such a collector company?

I am kinda confused about this farm called Corporate Receivables. I've been getting calls from them, too but I don't owe anybody anything. I have checked my credit report and everything is in good standing. I am yet to talk to them. Any advice?

Hello Guest - welcome to the forums! When you speak to this company, get them to send you something in writing to verify your debt to their company. It may be a mistake - or it may be a debt from long ago that you might have forgotten about. Both are possible. Ask them to confirm the name, address and phone number of the original creditor so you can contact them to verify the debt. That should get you started on the road to solving this little problem.
