I would love to become debt free. I am 23 and trying to finish my schooling to achieve a degree and work to still be able to live. With going to school full time, I was unable to work, therefore, I took out a student loan for school, but ending up racking up debt on a few credit cards for expenses that came up while being in school. I currently am going to school, but also work part time, to excess myself to money, but living pay check to pay check is not fun. Also, paying the minium payments on my credit cards and not touching the principal is very stressful. I would love to consolidate my debt so I can have less stress about money and I can put my time and effort towards getting my degree. I would love to get rid of the revolving credit card issues and be able to start possibily putting money in the bank for my future.

Revolving credit is not good because interests add up very fast. Moreover, paying the minimums only doesn't help because nothing goes towards the principal. It is better to live on cash. Consolidation will help in your repayments because the interest rate will be negotiated with the creditor and you will get a better payoff.
