Does anyone know anything about the reputation of this company?? I am getting ready to go into debt settlement with them and was wondering how reputable they are?? I know they should be okay but I am scared to death and nervous when it comes to signing anything and paying out money....Any info would be great!

I would stay away from this company. They will get you in more trouble than you are willing to get out of. I was with them for 5 months and I had to settle with my creditors on my own. Call them before your bills get so far behind and work on a settle with them. Take it from someone who has cried, not slept, and in fear of going anywhere. Mine have settled and I know if I can do it and save myself all the money for LAWYERS FEES in the process, I'm goin for it!!! Good luck but look them on the BBB and see what if says. Nothing cause they are not members!!

Doing business with Hess kennedy will only put you further in debt, and inot deep depression.......My wife cries herself to sleep over our pst decision to do business with them....Take all your extra money, get your lighter out, burn it, and it wont take as long to feel the hurt.

There is Laura Hess there....and a walter Chen...but Iguarantee you....if you sign up with these crooks you will NEVER EVER talk to an atorney,,,but ther are plenty of "crooks" there to take your money.....AND dont ask for it back....because that isn't about to happen.....most likely you will be billed for more that your original debt was........Tke your money and RUN away from the people....NOW.......

I would stay away from this company cause they will not do you any good and they will take your money. I've done business with them for 6 months and they stink. work out your debt yourself

Has anybody out there had success in getting a refund from Hess, Kennedy. If you did, how did you do it? Also, I just can't find my folder, so I don't have their number handy. Can you e-mail it to me so I can bug them some more? Lisa

Good evening. I made the mistake of consolidating with this company. I payed them in two installments, in the same month, of 300$. In the same month my installments of 179.58 were taken out. After two years of thinking that this company had my back, i was sent an email that this company was no longer going to be taking any monies out of my account. After further investigating the matter, i was told that this company was a fraud. 3,368.00 later, i received a settlement check of 631.73. The money that was taken from me, i could've called my creditors and negotiated with them. My credit score went from 720 to 507. Don't consolidate. Try to work out an agreement with your creditors. I wish i had done that.
