I was told by a creditor that I could not have a statement of my account standing, interest rate and payment history in writing for "security reasons." This strikes me as unethical and/or illegal; is it?


Hi kelliemhull, welcome to the boards we all will be glad to assist you here. That is a load of malarkey and if you send them a DV latter you will be able to get what you need make sure you send it registered mail. You can find a template letter to use at my site debt free.
