Does anyone have an address for B&L Marketing? I have seen only phone and fax #'s, but need an address for a complaint with the Washington State Dept of Financial Instutions. It appears B & L Marketing is not licensed to do business in this state, but they have been doing online payday loans in this state anyway

I'm not sure if this is the right B&L, but I do know that B&L's full name is "B&L Marketing Services, Inc." There are only two companies in the U.S. (that I could find) that are incorporated under that name, one is in Las Vegas, but that one is owned by the other, whose address is:

320M S. POWELL AVE.
DUNN, NC 28334
Phone - 866-656-1136
Fax - 866-370-7045

Pretty ballsy if this is the right one, since the NC Attorney General hates payday lending so much . . . Of course, it could be that they just use the "Inc." for show and they're just another unincorporated call center from God-knows-where.

If you call them they will debit your account to pay off your loan. I have no complaints. Also the only way for them to send you a loan is that you gave them all your info.

A ligitimate business would not give you a payday loan then not send you any information on how to contact them. The scam is they give you a payday loan and keep taking money out of your account and unless you stop this they keep taking money out of your account indefintely. This is definitly fraud.

I took out a loan of $250.00 and to date they have taken $900.00 from my account. I have just put a stop payment of anymore debits to be taken from my account. B&L Marketing is trying to tell me that all I have been paying is a refinance charge but that is a lie with them taking more than well over the loan amount. I pray that I don't have to close my checking account.

:( I receivec 300 in my account from B&L IN NOVEMBER 2007. TO DATE THEY ARE STILL DEDUCTING $90.00 everypay day out of my bank account. I have paid them $1000 or more. This is absurbed. I am closing my account to avoid them from deducting further fund from me.

What's even worse about this particular is that twice I've tried to fax them telling them I want to pay off the loan, but the fax number they've given me has been not in service. But they sure don't have a problem taking $90 twice a month from my account.l Serious rip off company. Plus when I talked to them on the phone, they wouldn't give me an email address. I'm really happy to

I didnt have any problems with this company. The terms of the loan are fairly clear on the loan documents. It aslo states both phone numbers and how to pay off the loan. Just have to read it.

I was online trying to get a cash advance. I was not approved and for some reason You took money out of my account. If I was trying for a cash advance because I had no money than why would you take money from my account. Now my bank account is over drawn and I want my money back. You took $60.00 and now I will be charged $37.00 for the insufficient bank fee. If I dont get my money and the insufficient bank fee I will contact my Lawyer.

Bonnie....who did you try and take the PDL out with? We are not a lender. This is a public forum for debt relief and credit counseling. You will need to contact the company you took the loan out with. In the meantime, go to your local bank branch and speak with the manager and have a hard debit block placed on your account until you get this resolved.

You can send them an email to pay off. They send you an account summary to your email a week prior to your due date If you changed your email since you took out your loan then call them 866-943-6712. The account summary if you open the attachment tells you your payment options and how and when to send the notice.
