Need Help for Mistaken Identity

A friend of mine has been mistakenly identified as having outstanding credit card debt by the Law Offices of Bryan K. Levy. They have gone as far as to call the HR department at work, as well as trying to intimidate into handing over her social security number. Any ideas on handling these people?

Welcome to the Forums :D Has she checked her credit report to make sure of this? Don't give any info that is personal to them. Have her request a debt validation letter to the attorney to see what they are talking about. If it is identity theft, she can report it to her bank and the police..Good Luck..Karen
