My mother is 92 years old and received a bill from the billing service that bills for the doctor she sees. These charges go back to 2007 which I have the original bill and at that time we paid everything in full and now they are trying to double bill. She has Medicare and private insurance both and what Medicare doesn't pay her secondary does. Any suggestions.
