Aye, that's the beauty of my having my family living all over the United States, I just buy online and let the retailer do the shipping. Gotta love ebay. I bought my mom and grandmother these beautiful antique olive oil cruets with dipping bowls. My husband also bought online for me, he got me a couple of evening gowns and some sexy undies. One of the dresses is so tight that i had to go on ebay and buy a Civil War era corset to avoid looking like rayon sausage!

All of mine live in the area, so we're all going to be crammed into my cousin Cindi's house on Saturday night...It's intense. :)

I bought my mom a vaccum cleaner for her bedroom, I hope she's not offended...She wanted one of mine, but I don't want to give mine away..I love my vaccums...lol So I bought her her own..She doesn't like (And I don't want her to) lug the big vaccum upstairs for her room...Her house is old, and the steps are ridiculous.

I am going to buy her something fun though too..lol

I got my husband exactly what he wanted, a weight bench, a barbell, and some weight plates. What a workout that was just transporting them from my car to the house! Wrapping them was even more of a wrestling match. I'm saving some of my shopping for Denmark of course, my friends absolutely love my Danish jewelry and they asked for some of their own.

My cat went AKK all over the floor last night guest- if we can't give it the light touch and laugh at ourselves we are in trouble. I make fun of myself here because of my typing! I have arthritis and sometimes, have all sorts of errors,or rather, alot of times!..Karen

My cat does a weekly AAk and that usually is NOT the sound I make when i step in it at 2am in the dark. How to wrap a christmas present with your cat is my blog entry today..

Let me guess, you try to wrap paper around the gift and your cat slaps at the paper! Every cat person's Christmas Story. My Missy took a whole bag of gift bows and played with them like toys. Out of a bag of 20 bows I could only recover 6, the rest of them she hid under the sofa.

Last year we had bows going up the stair banister, I don't think one survived until Christmas day and of course none of the breakable Christmas ornaments are at the bottom of the tree..

We kept it low-key on the decorations! You can never be to careful with a playful little cat!
