I would continue to e-mail these ipdls everyday multiple times a day if you have to. I wouldn't wait for the AG, I would follow up with the AG though. It only took less than a week to get my ipdls marked paid in full after filing my complaints. But I also followed up with my contact at the AGs office. That is pretty good, 3/5 marked PIF. The last two companies you are dealing with are monsters and will take a little longer. But I wouldn't worry too much about them.
My AG in Georgia has been the biggest supporter and their office
My AG in Georgia has been the biggest supporter and their office has done amazing things. It did take a while, but all of my payday loans are closed and it was the help of the Asst. AG who I owe a big thanks too. Just be patient, you will get an answer. It took about 6 months for the PDLs to respond to the AG.

I got a letter this weekend from the Maryland AG's office stating that they have forwarded my claim to the Commissioner of Financial Regulation stating that they are the ones to handle this claim. So if anyone is filing a claim in MD, I suggest that they send their claims directly to the info below since the AG's office is forwarding it there anyway.
