A counselor will be calling you for the free discussion. He will plan a repayment with your lenders after reviewing the charges with your state laws. You will be able to pay back at lower interest rates and most fees waived off.

I also am from Ohio. If the IPDLs aer not licensed in Ohio, they are operating illegally, in which case you would have some leverage with them.

None of the above listed companies are licensed in OH.
You signed a voluntary wage assignment with CTC, so you need to revoke that immediately. How much have you paid in the loans to date? It could be that you have already paid back the interest, principal, and then some with the illegal roll overs, (OH does not allow roll overs, I also know that CTC won't roll over pdls with OH residents, I had one with them, it was paid off on time)
If you find you have paid interest/principal back in roll over fees, demand they mark your account paid in full. And if you haven't figure out what you have paid and deduct the interest from that ($30/$100 borrowed is what OH allows), then if you still owe on the principal, pay that back.
You also need to file a complaint with the OH AGs office which can be done online. They should have numerous complaints against the companies you mentioned above.
You should also block these companies from your checking account or just open a new one, that is the only way you are going to gain control of your finances back and begin to repay what you legally owe. Otherwise these companies will continue to bleed your account dry for enternity.
