These idiots just contacted my hr director by e-mail regarding my loan that was returned nsf. I told Daryl not to try to debit my account that the money was not there, but he did anyway (as if any of these vipers listen). Does he think that this will make me pay any faster? I am furious and embarassed!I haven't heard from the bankruptsy attorney as yet andI am trying to do this on my own.

I a not sure that the hr director even read the e-mail yet. ctc cc'd me and then called me to let me know that this is the first step in the process. This guy Daryl even went so far as to say that he would report me to telecheck or what ever it is I told him my credit couldn't be any worse that it is, so his reporting isn't going to make a difference to me.

You need to immediately send a wage revocation letter to your payroll as well as CTC. Send the letter through certified mail with return receipt requested. Your payroll needs to be informed about your revocation process so that CTC doesn't get the money out of your account. If they are doing this after receiving your letter, it's illegal.
