I wanted to tell you a woman from the Division of Financial Institutions called me back ! :D I told her what I was told by the PDL's and she said it wasn't true. She told me they will take whatever I give them and if they don't she said to just tell them that I will file a complaint with the Dept of Commerce. She said they don't want to take payments because they want to suck you in. She also said they aren't coming to get you. She said I know they were mean but it's all a tactic to scare you. I was feeling bad about my situation but she told me that there were people in far worse situations who owed 5 and 6 thousand dollars. She also told me that the laws would be changing in January to make it harder to get payday loans. I feel a lot better. She told me to just walk in the store with whatever I could pay and tell them I am here to make a payment. thanks for the advice. I never would have thought to call them if you had not suggested that. :D
