so a few months ago i over drafted my account and i had no money to pay now i owe over 500dollars and they call me and say they will have me arrested and take me to court, can they really take me to court over this kind of thing?
I am willing to make a payment plan but they want all the money up front what should i do?

Always remember, not paying a debt is a civil case, not a criminal offense. You won't be sent to jail for not paying it. The most a judge will do will issue a judgment and make you pay through court orders. The company filing the case should also have a valid point before you are sued.
