Step one--RELAX! There are a LOT of us here who have been in the same boat...And 6 loans isn't a lot compared to some people...A few people have had near 20! :)
Are these loans store front, or online? Or a combo of both?
What state are you from?
Who do you have loans with?
How long have you had these loans? How much were each of them for? How much have you PAID?
The good news is, we can help you! :) Especially if these are online loans--Most of them are operating ILLEGALLY anyway, and aren't following your state laws...You MAY even be able to get a refund.
Tell us more, and we'll get you moving in the right direction. You'll be done with these loans in no time.
payday debt
First off i would go to my bank and sit down with the MANAGER and let him/her know what is going on. Some banks look at the situation and be more than helpfull. With being over drawn, ask the bank to reverse the charges that are pending and then you can close your account. US bank is very good for doing this. You cant keep going on like this. What state are you in? Give me the names of the payday loans and i will call your state regulater to see if they are licensed to work in your state. I doubt very much that they are since you are getting calls from around the world. Let me know how much interest they are charging you. There was one lady in Idaho that was paying for 3 years from one place that was not even licensed in Idaho and the regulater got every penny of interest put back into her account. They were over charging her with a repayment plan. Just give the information and im sure you will get out from under these guys.
