Complaint against Allied Interstate

I have been harrased at work by a staff member that says he belongs to allied interstate. He has been calling my place of work, insisting I give him my attorneys number, and all he will give me is that I owe bank of america money.
he tries to be intimidating and is quite unprofessional.
I am hereby putting in a formal complaint. his number is12052588707. He doesn't give me his name.
I will be contacting the BBB about this harassment as well.
If there are any legal matters of concern I would expect he would be more professional in his tone and not sound like a "two bit rapper"

Did this person from allied interstate send you anything about the debt? You should have some written info to confirm about the account for which they are doing collections.
Meanwhile your point will sound better if thinking of filing a lawsuit against the CA on charges of fdcpa violation. Start recording the phone calls after confirming with your state laws. Keep a note of the number of calls and the person on the phone. You will have proof when they sound violating the federal laws.
