Soobee, first let me welcome you. Second, take a deep breath. We'll help you get through this. Now, are all the loans internet? What state do you live in? How much was the principal amount borrowed on each loan and how much have you paid back on each loan (including any fees and interest?).

Considering the online paydays are probably illegal in your state, you can take solice in knowing you won't have to keep giving them all your money. If you have already paid back as much as you originally borrowed, you can demand they consider the account paid-in-full.
But you need to know, as long as they have a strong-hold on you, they will make demands and threats and automatic debits from your bank account. Put yourself in control by closing your bank account, and don't submit to their threats.
There are many other posts on this forum about internet PDLS; you can peruse through them for some assistance in demanding they mark your account as closed.
PS this is all assuming they are not licensed/legal to do business in your state.
Thank you so much
I am on my way out to work right now...but will respond when I get home in the morning

Yes, all the loans are internet. I live in Montana. I have several loans outstanding, and most of them, I have paid more in interest (to roll-over) than the total of the original loans. And thank you for getting back to me. I'm still scared ****less, but don't feel so "alone" now.
Hi Soobee. Payday lenders in your state have to be licensed.
Hi Soobee.
Payday lenders in your state have to be licensed. Therefore, you need to get a list of all the payday lenders, do a google search for Pollyandsay's blog. On the right you will see a list of states. Click on yours and check each lender to see if they're licensed. Also, the loan cannot exceed 31 days. See how much over the principal you have paid.

Hi, SooBee
I get the same thing when I try to use the Quick Reply function. Somehow the site doesn't know that we ARE the people who took those names! LOL.
So what I do is go back to the site's homepage, log in and then use "post reply" instead of quick reply. And If I've forgotten, AGAIN and tried to use quick reply, I do this in a new browser window, and cut/paste the reply I've already written under the correct "byline."
Hey, hang tough. Sounds like you're trying to do the right thing--working OT and everything. So, do as little beating yourself up as possible and save as much energy as you can for dealing with this by working hard AND smart. There are lots of people here who can help you do that.
And you're not alone. Even though my circumstances are different from yours, you've got my best wishes and support.
Keep us posted.
Best,
Diva
