Payday loans during X-mas

Well it's x-mas once again and instead of enjoying a stress free time, with family and so on I NEED HELP from someone if anyone knows this scam . I have been looking around and found so much on the "payday" load thing and if anyone know's wtf to do??????????Thanks. Is there anyone that can help me?
