If you go to your state's governmental website (yourstate.gov is usually the site address - insert your state's name where it says "yourstate"), you will find a link to the Attorney General's office for your state. Also, there will be a link for business licenses and you'll be able to search on Cashnet500 to see if they are licensed. Chances are, they're probably not. But check to be sure, just in case.

Also, since you've registered with this site, a debt counselor will be calling you to discuss your situation. If you feel you do not need their services, please let them know when they call.
