Can these lenders be negotiated for a payment arrangement?

Is there very many people from Washington state here? Im going to legaslation in January to help pass a bill to cap the payday loan stores at 36%. I have some people going with me that have been through the payday loans so what i need is letters from people that i can show to the finacial commitee to show there is a problem in Washington state with payday loans.

Thank-you. Since i live here im starting here working with Sen. Morton's office to get this bill pushed through. Then i will work in other states to help pass the same bill. These payday loans have got to stop.
