How do I pay this off when I dont make enough?

Please help me. I don't know what to do. I am swimming in debt, can't pay off my credit cards, and my student loan company (private loans) want more money than I make each month. I work full time, have since I graduated. I want to pay, I just don't have enough money. Please help. I have no family or anyone else to turn to.
