so im scheduled to go to arbitration and i need to know what happens if judgement is found agains me. can they garnish my wages if i get a job or whats the worst that can happen

Any way you can get out of arbitration and go in front of a judge in civil court? Arbitration is generally rigged. At any rate if they get a judgment using either method then they could act on that judgment and use it to garnish up to 25% of your pay check upon a judges approval depending on your state laws. Some states don't allow garnishment.
