Paula, are these from the internet or storefronts. If they are storefronts you will need to make arrangements with them, they are licensed. If these were obtained from the internet, they are not licensed and you may be able to get them marked paid in full if you have been paying in repeated roll overs for some time and have already paid back the principal and legal interest rate for your state in these illegal roll over fees.

You will need to first close your account and open a new one so you can take control of your finances. And then file a complaint with your attorney general's office against the internet pdls.

From there you can begin emailing, mailing, and faxing the ipdls your settlement letters.

I see that you joined our site in November of this year. Did a consultant from a consolidation company call you at that time? They would have worked with you on consolidation or settlement of your payday loans.

Thank you so much I will close my account as soon as I get my checks on the 3rd. I have been paying over 1,000.00 a month in interest on 7 loans and I keep getting deeper and deeper. Last night EZ loans by net took the interest out of my account it was not there I am a widow with 2 children and I live on my deceased husbands SS check. I now have $144.00 in bounced check fees on top of them taking the money 9 days too soon. I am so thankful for your help.

Thank you for noticing I was here before, unfortunately, I did get a call but at the same time I had a ambulance here for my son, (he has CF) and I did not get a chance to take the call, my other son of course erased the message as teenagers tend to do. I did talk to one lady later on and she let me know that I would pay about the same per month it just would pay off quicker I was hoping that this would promote her to call me again.
