Hi all: This is an update to Tremont Financial trying to perform a wage garnishment with my company and threatening me with a court case to be filed in their state - not OK. Don't they have to file a judgement in my state so I can at least attend the hearing and defend myself? I filed a complaint with the OK Dept. of Consumers Credit and the examiner is sending them a letter to decease all contact with me, as well as, my company and eliminate the account that I have with them. We will see how this pans out. I do not know how much pull this OKFDCC has but it will be interesting to see how they respond to his letter. I have also filed a complaint with the OK AG as well. Thanks, again, for your help.

I informed my payroll department about the letter, which the OKFDCC is sending a carbon copy to. Please explain what account they will try to debit, the bank account that this IPDL has on file is closed. I spoke with my new bank and she stated that they will definitely refund my money should this or any other IPDL debit my account. I will research and prepare to file a legal case should any further action occur on their part. Thank you so much for your help, I could not have done it without this forum.
