Get more info on the court papers. Verify the case with the county you are asked to present yourself. You will come to know if the company has a legitimate case against you. I suspect this to be true since there is no court date. Also, the summons is usually served by the local sheriff and they won't serve such papers after the office hours.
You also need to call the company and get more details about this debt. Did they ever send you anything in writing before?

Welcome to the site! Johnson4485 definitely offers great advice above - get that debt validated and see what you're dealing with so you can proceed with proper knowledge of this debt.
Also, since you have registered, a debt counselor will be contacting you. They will discuss debt consolidation with you - the decision whether to use their services or not is up to you.
Don't waste any time calling the courthouse about those papers!!
Don't waste any time calling the courthouse about those papers!!
Once you get proof and have a court date, prepare!! And...Most important..Show up for court. If you don't a default judgement will almost definitely be entered against you and you could end up with your wages garnished.
