recieved a text message that i could get another payday loan even if i had another one out.


I don't think that you should reply to this text message. If they are so low that they are sending you messages by cell, you know that it is too good to be true. Also, this could be someone other than a PDL company that has randomly texted your number and is just trying to get your info. Be very careful, b/c PDL companies and anyone else could really ruin your financial future.

You can block text messages. Contact your cell phone provider and let them not the sending "address" for the text. They can block specific originating numbers (at least that SHOULD be able to - if they say that can't, ask for a supervisor). They can also place the address on a spam list to hopefully block them from everywhere.
